Julie Soltes, Corporate Director of Human Resources, has twenty years of experience in the hospitality industry. While her focus has always been in the human resources arena, she also has operations experience in the rooms division and risk management. Julie has worked for managed, owned and independent properties and has a proven track record in benefits negotiation and administration. She places a very strong emphasis on training and development and has consistently implemented Worker’s Compensation programs with positive results. Working with all levels of an organization to enhance morale and create a strong service culture, Julie never loses sight of the fact that it is the people that make the difference in an organization.
