Woodlands Inn hosts two Father’s Day Events June 19 and 20On June 19, it will hold a Father’s Day Beer & BBQ Tasting Menu, as part of its ongoing efforts to provide a more engaging and relaxing dining experience. The event, held in conjunction with Palmetto Brewery, begins at 6:00 p.m. and features four courses, beer pairings with each course, and an after-meal cigar and bourbon. Live music will be provided by the South Carolina Broadcasters.

SC attorney buys Five Diamond Woodlands InnAssociated Press: A South Carolina attorney has bought the Woodlands Inn, the only property in the state with the Forbes Five Star and the AAA Five Diamond ratings for accommodations and dining. The Post and Courier of Charleston reported attorney Johnny Linton of Summerville has purchased the inn from Sheila Crump Johnson, co-founder of Black Entertainment Television. Terms of the sale were not released. Johnson's Salamander Hospitality will continue to manage the Summerville property. |
