This new experience, which helps raise money for area schools, will take place at the resort’s popular Loch Ness Monster Pool complex from 6-10 p.m. on the evenings of Friday, October 30 and Saturday, October 31.

Hall of Famers Alcott, Bradley, Carner, King, Sheehan Confirmed for the Legends Tour Open Championship at InnisbrookLPGA and World Golf Hall of Famers Amy Alcott, Pat Bradley, JoAnne Carner, Betsy King and Patty Sheehan will headline the Legends Tour Open Championship November 20-22, 2009. In addition to the five Hall of Famers, 34 other LPGA Superstars such as Rosie Jones, Nancy Scranton and Jan Stephenson are confirmed to tee it up on Innisbrook Resort and Club’s Island Course to compete for a $300,000 purse in The Legends Tour’s first major.

Jean van de Velde claims National Mulligan Day poll winPress Release: Although slight consolation for missing out on the 1999 British Open Championship, the Frenchman has claimed top spot in an online poll about famous sporting mishaps. The tongue-in-cheek contest was created by Innisbrook Resort and Golf Club to celebrate National Mulligan Day on October 17, a zany holiday that honors the unofficial but regular practice of golfers hitting two shots but counting only one.

Legends Tour Open Championship Announces Charity Partnership and Ticket InformationPress Release: The 36-hole tournament, the first major featured on The Legends Tour, will feature a $300,000 purse and host some of the greatest female golfers of all time. Player commitments are scheduled for release later in October.
