Pass on your gas charges

Turn in gas or airline receipt and receive up to $75 resort credit at Florida Resort

INNISBROOK, FL – As oil prices continue to rise, a Tampa Bay area resort is offering its guests the opportunity to pass on their gas or airline travel charges. At Innisbrook, a Salamander Golf & Spa Resort, showing a receipt upon check-in detailing gas expenses or airline surcharges provides a matching amount in resort credit for up to $75.

The credit is applicable when booking the three-night “Pass on your gas charges” package and the receipt must be dated within 48 hours of check-in. Only one receipt can be submitted per stay.

“The average gas tank size in the US is about 16 gallons,” said Lloyd Williams, Innisbrook’s managing director. “However, vacationers will often travel in a larger vehicle, which is why we have expanded the matching credit up to $75.”

Once at Innisbrook, there is no need to start up any vehicle. The resort offers complimentary transportation throughout its 900 acres, as well as a free shuttle service to the Caladesi Island – ranked as America’s top-ranked beach.

Rates for the gas package begin at $189 per night and include spacious suite accommodations and breakfast for two daily. The package is valid from April 1 through Labor Day (September 5), 2011, while pricing is subject to availability, does not include taxes and varies depending on month and weekday. The $75 resort credit is valid for the length of stay and not applicable to the room rate or resort fee. To make reservations, call 800-492-6899 or visit www.visitinnisbrook.com.
