Jennifer Steele and Patrick Farrell join Salamander Property
INNISBROOK, FL – Innisbrook, a Salamander Golf & Spa Resort, has appointed Jennifer Steele as its new Senior Sales Manager and Patrick Farrell as Golf Group Sales Manager.
With almost 20 years experience in hospitality sales and service, Steele joins Innisbrook from her former position as Senior Sales Manager at InterContinental Tampa Hotel in Tampa, FL, where she worked for the past 5 years. Steele also previously held a Senior Sales Manager position at the Renaissance Tampa Hotel International Plaza, the Tampa Airport Marriott and Tampa Westshore Marriott. Steele also brings considerable resort sales and service experience with previous positions at the Don Cesar Beach Resort & Spa on St. Pete Beach, Turnberry Isle Resort and Country Club in Aventura, FL and the Renaissance Vinoy in St. Petersburg, FL.
Steele’s new responsibilities at Innisbrook include all the solicitation and booking of groups of 20 rooms or more for the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast markets. She also maintains the following professional affiliations: SGMP, MPI, TSAE, and FSAE.
Farrell comes to Innisbrook with over 12 years of sales experience in the golf industry, having worked most recently as the Director of Golf Sales for PGA Golf Club / PGA Properties, Inc. Previous positions also include Director of Golf Sales at Mission Inn Resort and Club, a partner of Apex Golf Solutions, and Chateau Elan Resorts. Farrell’s role at Innisbrook includes the development of the golf group business for golf stay-n-play packages, tournaments and day golf group outings. He will also focus on the enhancement of relationships with the golf wholesale market, both domestic and international, and seek new business opportunities with golf related associations across the US.
