Hayato Nogaki, Corporate Director of Food and Beverage for Salamander Hotels & Resorts, oversees Salamander’s burgeoning collection of restaurants, bars, and food and beverage outlets. Hayato has worked at some of the finest properties in the United States, including serving as Food and Beverage Director at The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island in South Carolina, as well as Carmel Valley Ranch Resort in California. He spent three years at The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua in Hawaii and also was Resort Manager at Innisbrook, Salamander’s Tampa Bay-area golf resort.
